A year in the garden

When art meets nature, life, and food, everything comes alive and is imbued with flavor.

Connecting with the land and its people has always been our desire. We want to observe closely and feel the manifestations and rhythms of nature throughout the four seasons in Normandy, visit local gardens, and cook with them using local ingredients. We want to document these experiences, draw inspiration from them, and find joy in them.

It all begins with the first plantings, which require perseverance and hard work. In the mornings, we discuss what we want to plant this year, and in the afternoons and evenings, we harvest the seeds from the previous year in preparation for the next plantings. This fills us with hope.

Let's listen together, throughout the year, to what the land and the sea tell us, and let's always be grateful for the gifts of nature and the mutual support among human beings.
